No Returns or Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order has been shipped, products cannot be returned or exchanged, whether opened or unopened. This policy helps ensure that every product we provide to our customers has remained within our controlled supply chain and has not previously left our possession.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elonai.us.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and, when applicable, the shipping packaging

Please retain the affected product and original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Once we review the issue, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders promptly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elonai.us.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to Elonai because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not automatically eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

Allergies, Sensitivities & Personal Preferences

Please review the complete ingredient list before purchasing and using an Elonai product, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Because individual skin sensitivities and preferences vary, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, fragrance preference, skin sensitivity, or an individual reaction to an ingredient, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use.

Refunds

Except for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or where otherwise required by applicable law, all Elonai purchases are final and non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
